Job Responsibility
  • Prepare and maintain documents, records, files and report to Company's requirement and practices
  • Prepare stock variance report
  • To liaise with other departments on Admin/ Operations documentations
  • To coordinate and support showroom operations issues
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks from superior

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
