  • RM1,500.0 - RM2,500.0 Per Month

Job Responsibility
  • Assist in daily operation
  • Handle general accounting & administrative duties
  • Daily monitoring and deadline driven processing of incoming and outgoing transactional instructions
  • Ensure timely settlements, dedicated approach to identification of settlement breaks, critical issue and remediation
  • To assist issues purchase order, invoices, staffs claim and to ensure proper maintenance of record, documentation and filing
  • Requires to handle and monitoring accounts payable & receivable
  • To handle payment validation and approval
  • Adhoc task wherever required

Job Requirements
  • SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent 
  • Experienced in accounts in admin work in Financial Technology or eCommerce industry is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage)
  • Computer literate and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Have solid understanding, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to think out of the box
