Job Responsibility
  • Monitor,implement,strategize,review
  • Have own transport (compulsory)
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls
  • Assists  in company daily operations
  • Other duties as and when assigned
  • Ability to manage time effectively,set priorities to meet deadline
  • Any other ad hoc tasks,as and when required by the management
  • Able to handle staffs
  • Responsible for routine office administration work such as documentation filling and correspondence.
  • To provide excellent customer service while establishing and developing good rapport with all customers.
  • To ensure all documents are well organised,completed promptly in accordance to the company policy and procedure.

Job Requirements
  • Degree holder
  • 1@2 years experience in related field
  • Able to communicate well and good writing in english
  • Basic account knowledge 
  • Presentable and able to interact
  • Able to work independently as well as be a team player
  • Pleasant look  and willing to learn well with people
  • Hands-on and result oriented and ability to work under tight deadlines and challenging environment
