- Have own transport (compulsory)
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Assists in company daily operations
- Other duties as and when assigned
- Ability to manage time effectively,set priorities to meet deadline
- Any other ad hoc tasks,as and when required by the management
- Able to handle staffs
- Responsible for routine office administration work such as documentation filling and correspondence.
- To provide excellent customer service while establishing and developing good rapport with all customers.
- To ensure all documents are well organised,completed promptly in accordance to the company policy and procedure.

- Able to communicate well and good writing in english
