- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem.
- Able to make new clients and generating leads.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
- Able to speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Diploma and above
- Good interpersonal skill and customer service
- Good command of written English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to join immediately or short notice
