- Attend any incoming call/Whats App from the internal group.
- Assist DC Service Point in attending DC email for any incoming inquiries.
- Execute and received inquiries from CRM & other DC or department.
- Liaise with DC Operation for incoming inquiries and ensure each inquiries acknowledge by DC Operation.
- Assisting to process any undelivered or pending shipments.
- Process/assisting DC Operation for retrieve office collection (O/C) shipment/urgent shipment.
- Prepare daily Customer Relationship Management (CRM) logbook about incoming inquiries.
- Assist on DC SP for walk in customer & request (if required).
- Highest Educations : SPM/Diploma/Degree and above.
- Must be presentable and well-grooming.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Excellent in decision-making skills.
- Individual who is hard-working, cheerful and very responsible with work and other teams.
- Possess positive working attitude, independent and able to work in fast pace environment.
