- RM2,000.0 - RM3,000.0 Per Month
- Understand the marketing trend and responsible to develop company's strategic marketing plan & strategies to meet the annual sales target;
- Plan & execute Marketing Campaigns (local store & website marketing), including customer loyalty programme;
- Create high-quality, original and engaging context for social media platforms;
- Responsible for preparing and managing Marketing budgets, and measuring marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor and provide sales / marketing updates and reports in a timely manner for project handled - review / analyze promotion success factors / key learning's including interpretation & evaluation of sales data;
- Liaise with agencies, printers and various other third party business associates / suppliers.
- Supervise and provide guidance to Marketing Officer & Graphic Designer to provide directive and motivation to meet the target;
- Creative, energetic, positive thinking & result-oriented.
- Demonstrate good analytical, organizational and communication skills, including to write & present clear and concise reports in business situations;
- Familiar with social medial, digital and online marketing;
- Possess own transport and willing to travel;
- Able to work well under pressure in timely manner.
- Able to work independent and be a good team player.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or any related field;
- At least three (3) years of working experience in Marketing field
- Languages Required: English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Own transportation: Car/Van
